Why not fix an exact date for regular bonuses like MONTHLY?

Every month everyone is speculating when monthly..guessing the day when monthly drops,spamming chat when monthly comes..

WHY not stake just set a date every month lets say every 20th of the month  i'm sure no one will spam to ask wen monthly? and players will know when to have it.
