So here is a delicate case. 
As we know, close to a monthly or atleast once a week stake goes into draining modus. 
 

I opened my account for approx a month or so ago, and the funny thing is I already know and used the 24h cook down period. 
 

I went from non vip to 22% gold real fast, and got pissed since I lost at the casino all the f time, and decided to put an end to that suffering. 
 

I always admired sports betting, so I wanted to keep it just simple and there since I like stake and it’s user friendly. 
 

I told the chat operator directly to perma ban me from the casino section, since I couldn’t find it in stake safe. 
 

I got response that they can only do 7 or less days, and I need to contact the support email. 
 

And I did. 
 

told them that I have a strong addiction towards your casino game, and want a permanent ban only on the casino section. Just some few sentences, that’s it. 
 

What did they do? No clarification, no response for nothing - directly perma ban on the whole ducking account. 
 

All my deposits, my work towards reaching plat 1, enjoy the weekly’s and monthly’s, all for nothing? - I specifically told them the casino section only, and I even limited my monthly loss to 250$ dollar a month; which is lot less than my wager. 
 

WHY THE F DIDNT THIS SHITTY OPERATOR ATLEAST clarify my meaning if he couldn’t pull his head out from his ass and understand my few sentences. 
 

For ffs, all good if my account now is permanent banned, but I want an extreme refund or compensations for delusional work by stake. 
 

DO I LIE and tell them my life is good and flowers? I simply told them the truth that I have a strong addiction towards the casino section, that’s why I needed a permanent ban from the casino part. NOT THE WHOKE FUCJINF USER
