hhhh32 Posted September 21, 2023 #1 Posted September 21, 2023 In this game only 33.4 overs were played out because of rain, but my bet was settled as a loss. In the sportsbook rules it states that 80% of the overs needs to be played out before considering the bet as a loss/win. But only 33.4 overs were played in the game which is not 80%(comes around 79.5%). When i tried to talk to support (Mina) he doesn't seem to understand the context of how cricket is played out , gives botted replies because that's what most of them do. In cricket, all the overs need to be played if the bet is placed on over/under runs because without those overs you can't grade these bets. It makes no sense. Since you consider only 80% of the overs played in case of rain (34 overs) which is 8 overs less than normal play. It affects the scoring tremendously and there is no way you can score those runs in just the overs that were played. 80% of 42 is 34 overs and 34 overs weren't played and this bet should be voided and should not be graded as a loss.
