dipsidol Posted September 22, 2023 #1 Posted September 22, 2023 I need some advice. I have been gambling on stake for over a year. I mean it was fun sometimes but in the end im in heavy loss. (plat3) Dont get me wrong i was winning from time to time as well but after a certain point no matter what you do every slot gonna pay 0 to 10 x and limbo is going straigt downhill. My last plinko 1000x is 10 month ago my last keno 500x as well. My sportsbets are missing by one leg and so on and so on. Not gonna complain it is a casino afterall.. but how do you keep going? Tommorow is my birthday and i think of quitting this for good... whats your advice on keeping a good mental?

¿Cuál es tu consejo para mantener una buena mentalidad? maybe you should seek help setting deadlines like your birthday or new year to stop gambling is a symptom of gambling addiction
dipsidol Posted September 22, 2023 Author #4 Posted September 22, 2023 hey maybe it is time to self exclude since this is going nowhere you are right
RxK Posted September 22, 2023 #5 Posted September 22, 2023 If you are addicted, you should not play. And forget about plinko and keno. This is an opaque scam.

Tommorow is my birthday and i think of quitting this for good... whats your advice on keeping a good mental? A lot of people keep going because they're sick with the disease of gambling addiction. I'd say that the majority of people who visit stake regularly have an addiction, but some have it worse than others. Stake encourage this with reloads, the need to wager within time constraints, etc. Some people won't be here in the years to come, but won't have died of old age. If you feel bad, then it's likely worse than you think it is. Quitting and getting help to stay quit is the only sensible advice anybody can give you.
natattack Posted September 22, 2023 #7 Posted September 22, 2023 Bro now is the time to stop, just put a fork in it.
SkeedATM Posted September 22, 2023 #8 Posted September 22, 2023 Real talk, just take your L. Any playing now is going to be a let down and disappoint and further your distance to even.
megapol007 Posted September 23, 2023 #9 Posted September 23, 2023 it's part of gambling and variance. expect to lose what you deposit each time, otherwise don't deposit
RxK Posted September 23, 2023 #10 Posted September 23, 2023 The main thing is not to take risky steps. Play only for the money you are ready to lose.
frownee Posted September 24, 2023 #11 Posted September 24, 2023 This is not a way to make money, only entertainment. Bet what you are okay with losing and you'll have better self control and mental
scarydeny Posted September 25, 2023 #13 Posted September 25, 2023 first steps: realize that the money is lost, as if it went to charity. understand that they cannot be returned, remember that you are given cashbacks and bonuses for the lost money, try to loot them and withdraw them. next steps: block casino accounts, in all casinos and not in certain ones. start saving money instead of looking for where to deposit it. start doing something instead of gambling addiction, look for hobbies and new hobbies - TV series, food, a new partner Nowadays, the sphere of casino streams is actively developing, and sweepstakes are often held there. you can watch and loot free money from raffles. success, recovery and strength
taktycznywojtek Posted September 25, 2023 #14 Posted September 25, 2023 to be honest, if u are sad after losing in gambling, if u not having fun, if u lose money which u cant afford, u have problem, try to quit gambling, fast shot from me
Bighefti69 Posted September 25, 2023 #15 Posted September 25, 2023 I think when you're at the point where it's affecting you mentally, you need a break. @dipsidol What's the point of continuing to play? If you keep losing you will tilt and play too high stakes. Take a break and then do small bets!
imteri Posted September 30, 2023 #16 Posted September 30, 2023 Just think about positive vibes even you faced so many challenges and problesms during your sessions
