SPORT BET HISTORY IS GONE AND SUPPORT SAID I NEVER PLACED IT

Here's the story,

On 26/09/2023 I deposited 64 BUSD and make 1 tennis bet then made it into 100 busd, then I place another one with 100 busd and it' a lost.
1 hour later I deposit 178 USDT, make 1 bet on CSGO and win with 391 usdt. I play some dice then lost 100 usdt, so 291 usdt left.

I make a sport bet with 291 usdt left, and I remember exactly it was a lost, so I'm here not looking for a money back or something.
But a day later I check it's absolutely gone from settled bets and last bets is a win which is 391 usdt.

Here's the problem. I request a stats check on email, it says im 80 usdt profit. So the bet 291 usdt gone is not count on the stats check.
as I remember I placed 291 usdt bet on Apeks vs ForZe (2nd map ForZe 2 way winner) but lost. 26/09/2023

Which is will effect on my weekly bonus as it always depends on the stats, how can I be calm when I will receive normal profit bonus even tho

I'm on minus 242 usdt.

Let's do the math, I deposit 178+64 = 242 usd, last win was 391 usdt - 100 usdt (dice lose) = 291 usdt - 242 usd (depo) = 49 usd profit.

On stats it says 79 usd profit, the problem is that stats not true and what support said sport bets never dissapear I request to check deeper
as other sports manager could do it as I remember, but this guy Mirko is not even know what he talking.

I never withdraw single cent this week, nor I tipped, nor I played originals with 291 usdt (screenshot below)

Once again, I'm not looking for money back, but wtf is this? how could a sport bet gone after it settled, what if it happened to other person with

bigger amount of loses and it doesn't count to the stats so receive less bonus, this is so dissapointing.

@Dusan before Mirko said there was some tech issue going on and would not effect the weekly bonus, but if it still continue till weekly dropped of course it will effect as the bonus depends on stats.

Also support confirmed with you its not gonna affect the weekly.

The thing is what if this happened to others with bigger amount of lose, and Stake don't even give a damn
Support don't know what they talking about, not every other person especially with bigger bets would check every bets.
My case is just 1 small example how they "don't really care" and would just ignore it if this happend is crazy how they treat player. It is 100% will affect weekly if it still not fixed till tomorrow no doubt.

If anyone who reading this and you had placed CS:GO Apeks vs ForZe on 26/09/2023 2nd map 2 way winner FoRze if you could please check if it's still there on yours. Support would easily to check on my account or just check on the game but they choose not to and says we don't give a fuck indirectly Stake can't be wrong no? stake is 100% perfect oh guess what you got hacked recently it is just how the system could fucked up.
