When I know the top 100 client passwords used by players, I can at my leisure generate thousands of server seeds for each of those client seed passwords I can sort and categorize them based on the degree of win chance underperformance for any particular payout target range. I know that 90% of players will use one of those top 100 client seed passwords I also know that the majority of players recycle their client seed passwords Because I know which game a player will normally play Because I know the players preference for payout target I can give to that player a client server seed pair who's win chance I already know will underperform for them.

If a casino knows which passwords are most likely to be used by players for client seed. They can pre-generate as many server seeds as they like. Some of those seed pairs will produce a set of results that will favor the player. Some of those results will produce a set of results that favor the casino. The same seed pair will always produce the exact same set of results. If I know your password in advance I can test it with a variety of random passwords to see what will give you the least favourable outcome and give me the most favourable outcomes. There are many things that are hard to predict, human behavior is not one of them. If a casino is not taking advantage of the data they have on players. They need to fire their developers. Casinos operate on the large scale they don't consider or engage with players at the individual level. If you don't understand the relevance of what I'm saying here its because you think like an individual player.
