BON3Zx303x Posted October 3, 2023 #2 Posted October 3, 2023 Yes I have had this happen SEVERAL times actually. I stopped playing crash because of it and it actually kind of traumatized me in a way.. I was doing some BIG bets like $1k-$10k and sometimes it would "lock me in" as I would call it and not let me manually cash out which is nonsense honestly... I went to support about it each time and all they ever told me is that the bet was finalized and there was no issue on their side which is complete bullshit and then had the nerve to tell me to set an "automatic cashout" which I had it set to 10x just in case and I had a weird feeling each time and I wanted to bail and cashout before 3x and it locked me in and literally the cashout button would not even work and I lost thousands doing this.
