No matter the no of decks, they can control the deck to their likings. That's why they have cutting card, so just 4 deck to their control and picture cards for the most so that dealer ends up with 20/21 and you go bust when you hit from 12.

There are definitely fraudulent bots, there are cameras under the cards, they count the cards, the bots draw cards accordingly, I say this as someone who has been playing for a long time. There are more.

Yes, when you win a few hands there will be a dealers change shortly and more shady practices to make you tilt.
