Thats nothing changing for 1.0x, you still will lose 1 bet per 100bets because when you hit 1.0x its still less then 1.000000001 target and you lost. 

If you in other case do 1.01x you losing 1 bet per 50 rolls but.... every bet you win also 1% so comparing - you lose 1usd per 100usd as usual.
