Practically while I was playing the reactoonz bet 0.50 in xrp/usd, after about 30 spins I took the gargantoonz bonus, for a final win of about 65x, but when I was about to credit the win the slot made an error, never seen before This error is not the typical disconnection error, it crashes the slot and so I have to reload the page to get back in, since in theory the progress should be saved. And so I reopen the slot, it makes me restart from the beginning of the bonus until the final win, but once it has to credit the payment it makes the previous mistake again, but this time it also adds a screen of codes written in green, it crashes again but reloads on its own at this point, but this last time it no longer starts from the bonus, but directly as if it were a new session, practically making me lose the previous winnings. Now I immediately asked Stake support about the problem, and they immediately, having found the real problem, said that it is the third-party supplier who must resolve it, and that they opened the ticket. Now I wonder, how long does it take for a control request? 3 days isn't enough? Because at this point I just feel cheated and that's it, because this reduces my confidence in depositing money on stakes, since the RTP lately is a theft, that is, it's just a waste of money, but at least those little guarantees when you win something, otherwise it doesn't work that way.
