Same thing happened to me. I wagered less and was gold vip, got a higher bonus than I did when 
I hit Plat 1 and wagered more. Support told me the same thing. It’s pretty ridiculous, I don’t understand how they can just get away with this with no explanations!!??

10% cashback on your loses is pretty standard casino bonus system to be honest. How much money did you want back that would of made you happy? At any point were you in profit and if so how much? This I find much more interesting and I reckon it plays into the calculations for the bonuses.
