What should be done if it is over 2 months and Support can't help you.

I am facing an issue about which I notified Stake Support little over 2 and a half months ago and since then they haven't helped me.
I have lost 100s of Dollar because of that as I wagered enough to reach Platinum1 back in August but for some reason my progress section is inactive.
I was being told that i receive my weekly and monthly bonuses as Gold which is a loss to me. My 42 days reload is being stuck.
I won  a weekly giveaway from forum I got Paid as Gold whereas it should have been Platinum1. So I have had enough patience with this.

Is there any place I can complain or write this so people before joining stake could know how terrible their support it.

 

I also feel they will delete this post and ask me to go talk to support which I have been doing from over 2 months all they do is copy past the same reply always. Like robots.
