To make sure that everyone is peaceful with each other, no insults place, no begging or cheating place. Roll hunts for the members, answer questions about the chat rules and bring them to the members, so that everyone adheres to the rules in the chat. Peaceful interaction is important, jokes can be made but you should still always behave. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?I am self-employed and have to deal with people every day and also know how to deal with them. The Pakistan's chat room has grown enormously, new players join every day. Of course not everyone respects the rules is to see ahead. the mods can not be online 24 hours a mod More would help that all feel comfortable, no begging and scam place and politely reminded of the rules. Furthermore to resolve problems and help users with common crypto related questions, possibly stopping them from contacting the live chat support. Another job I could think of is taking care of the language specific forum section. Even explaining why mutes happened and also giving out a warning beforehand, thus avoiding a chat restriction for any user. Lastly to treat every user in the chat, the same way and just making sure the discussions remain user friendly for the best possible experience on Stake! Sometimes users mis behaves on chat but moderator duty is to be calm and behave in manners because there are every type of user in chat. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I have been online close to every day for the past 2 years. Average daily online/chattingtime is 4 to 5 hours Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderators job is to make sure that stake.com users stick to the rules and community guidelines that are provided by stake and apply on all chats of stake.com. Furthermore, a moderator resolves issues regarding the communitychat, on the stake.com chat as well as on the community forums. The Moderator also responds to forum appeals regarding mutes/warnings given out to users on the chat rooms, explaining the cause of the mute and how to avoid it in the future. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Alltought i did not want to become a moderator here at first, because i know about the possible headaches that can come along with a sidejob like this, i have now still decided to apply for this position since i've been noticing less activity from moderators overall lately. Sometimes(mostly at nighttimes) the chat is completely unmoderated for shorter&longer periods of time, yet it clearly is in desperate need of moderation. Thankfully, here and there a mod from a different chat comes along to help out moderator shortage and mutes some critical user messages. Yet i think, that this really can't be a long-term solution. Stake is constantly running on my second screen anyway, so i thought, i might as well just apply. Chat moderators are vital employees who work for social media platforms to ensure the content user posts follow certain standards, like laws and community rules to make it simple. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Because I myself will often witness how the rules are broken by insults or attempts at begging and then sometimes there is no moderator. I myself love the Pakistan community and only use the Pakistani chat. I also like my Eddie/Steve streams every Saturday and am caught up in the hype of Stake.
