Unfair Activity Bonus

A few days ago, there was a ten-day Mid-Autumn Festival challenge where players had to reach a specific multiplier on a slot machine every day to earn corresponding rewards. Unfortunately, due to an oversight by the organizers, not only was the challenge delayed beyond its scheduled release date, but two players were also inexplicably omitted from the completion list.

Following this, the excluded individuals applied for compensation. However, not only did they have to wait for eight days to receive a response, but they were also granted a mere $1,040 in compensation, which was deemed unacceptable by everyone involved. It's common knowledge that when you complete these activities and are excluded from the list, you should receive the same amount as others. Nonetheless, the Mid-Autumn Festival event has resulted in an unjust situation. Currently, those excluded have only received $1,040, which is $893 less than the $1,933 originally awarded to others.

Unfortunately, I was also one of the people who completed the ten-day mission but was excluded. 😢

you will get the same amount of compensation as everyone else,

but this happened in the Mid-Autumn Festival activities, and the answer was that the prizes were distributed equally.

This is unfair and the mistakes made by the staff should not be borne by the players. Stake should compensate accordingly
