Chap720 Posted November 3, 2023 #1 Posted November 3, 2023 So the past 2 Weeks only my bonuses have been massively and in my opinion unfairly and unreasonably reduced, and support refuses to tell me the reason why which i dont blame them for giving the generic copy and paste responses that say they dont handle that and no one who does or knows how its done will speak to me. I've gotten that response when asking for explanations in the past and tbh im used to it. But i try not to complain even when im annoyed i try and just be calm and non confrontational and i've done a decent job in this case but i still would like to know why no one can explain to me the reason my bonus has been cut back so much? becasue week before last ill admit it was the lowest wager amount ive had since i started and for the bonus to be the lowest is expected, but my bonus was $0.50 cents and this week it was a whoppin 30 cents. heres the catch... i had almost 3X the wager last week than the week before, its is reduced another 40 % than the offensive amount the week prior, and my issue is i have all my records, i have all my bonuses and wager amounts >/< each week, so on weeks where i have had similar and even much less than the 1400 or so wager i had last week i still got a few if not 5 or 6 bucks when it was between 1-2 K wager, and 5 bucks to 50 cents is a 1000% decrease. So please forgive me if i have string feelings on the subject because im not trying to start shit or have anyone mad at me or anybobdy for that matter but i spend and lose pretty much all my money i can use on entertainment and recreation and sometimes dip into other things like nicer food to eat that week bc i love to play so much. bill still get paid, house stays clean, fridges stays full ( a few days at least) and i get to enjoy my free time doing what i love to do, but when others say their bonus is ok and nothing has changed it makes me feel like im singled out and for what? then support trolls me by sayin u want bigger bonuses then wager more and that obbiously isnt the case becasue this weeks 4K in wager, if we go on the ongoing formula my bonus should be about 9-12 cents this week bc 3X more wager = 40% less weekly...??? IKR like WTF????? but its true im gonna post pictures, so all staff and or forum members who read dont think im lying trying to beg bc im deff not, i dont want anything but the same treatment i have been getting the entire time ive played Bc i love playing at stake and i love stake and all the streamers esp @syztmz & BlondeRabbit Plus @stakeEDDIE is an awesome owner and very involved and i almost feel hes so involved if i emailed him all my conmcearns with the documents showing what i described at the least he would respond to me and that alone speaks volumes on the character of this site. so u can say im dick riding or ass kissing idgaf what a hater says i just want to say im very pleased with just about every single thing about the site except for a few issues and if its reviewed and fixed then thats just one more reason to say good things about the people running it. so if u dont like what im sayin then skip it and dont reply with negative bullshit bc i dont have any time for negative assholes just trying to troll people bc they hate themselves on the inside. SO i hope @stakeeddie does read this maybe if not maybe @nikola or another mod or support can please help me understand why its the way it has been and what to expect in the future. thank you so there are me weekly stats snapshots of my wager for the past three weeks (ABOVE), (LAST)is my entire set of weekly wagers rounded to the lowest thousand as in raffle tickets but we know they are between the number shown and next 1K in wager. SO... if u then look at the rest showing every bonus ive ever recieved for weekly, monthly or challenge related (NEXT) but not drops you can match up each week with the coresponding raffle ticket amount and get an idea od this rounded wager's exact amount between the shown and next highes thousand -X produces a bonus somwhere around this much Y and that the the latest 2 Y's and extremely reduced eeven on a week where i had less than 1K wager it still wasnt even close to the amount they have calculated that i should get the past two weeks and all i want to know is how to make sense of it all i just want an explanation from a staff member walking me thru the reason i was getting these amount Y but now they are extremely lower therefore say Z and how we got from x to y to z.. thats all. then at least i will know why even if i dont like it and it causes me to stop playing here that is jst my choice nothing more bc i will be replaced by 10 more ready to play so losing me isnt a major kink in the stake armor i just dont know if i can continue spending money with a business who treats me differently than they have been without any warning or explanation or any kind of consolation when ive made deposit after deposit after deposit every week, so please just help me be happy with the fact someone reached out and explained it to me and i can at least respect that kind of effort, thank you and please get back to me ASAP>>>
N8erade91 Posted November 3, 2023 #3 Posted November 3, 2023 Weekly and last monthly were really bad. Normally mine were consistent and make sense with loss vs wins, games played etc. but I didn’t change anything and my shit has been nerfed. Ffs stake one thing after another

Before it was enough to wager like 1 k to get base, but that's over 6 months ago. Now you need at least 2-3k or your accounts is not considered "active". I know it sucks but thats the hard truth unfortunately. Also, your computer has a space key, try to use it. Reading this long post without any spaces almost gave me eye cancer.

You can look for yourself, almost always you had 3k or more in a week but since you didn't u got less. So it's how I said. Anyway, complaining wont help since it is what it is.
