Wrong in so many ways

I've been told by many different people on the stake staff that I can see my bonuses posted on telegram. So I claim all the ones on telegram. But they didn't tell me that they would slip some into my email that won't be on telegram. When I find several that I missed it's to late to claim them. How can you earn they bonus they gave me but take it back cuz I wasn't given the proper information by your staff to know where I should be looking for them. Not to mention I earned the bonuses from all the fucking money I loose on your site. Best part is they tell me to piss off you didn't get it in time and we won't give it back to you. I'm seriously thinking about deleting my 90% plat 1 account cuz of this. And what it's over $50 tops that they know they would get back from me anyways considering I've cashed out 1 fucking time for barley anything. It's straight sickening. And they said well if you were a plat 4 you would of been told about it by your manager like I'm some chump who isn't active on the site daily loads never cashing out the very people who make them a site but I'm nothing cuz Im not rich enough to have gamble a mil plus.
