P4 never received reloads

I hit P4 in february, I never received reloads (wagering almost $4.6mil SC)

My new host said it was never set up for some reason and support is not helping either.

 

Please advise on this issue

Please be advise, support cant help you. To get reload you can contact your vip host and your account need to be in good wager condition (lose streak is good)

My host can't track past 9 months for some reason, i'm pretty sure they got logs on that.

I think they are never giving past bonuses which player should receive but is not do to some errors or something else. I was receiving 1$ reload monthly for more than a year no matter how much i wagered but when i contacted support they of course told me that everything is good but suddenly from my next monthly they become as good as they should be. 

Conlusion- it is stake strategy to never admit to a mistake and never pay for it.

My first host didn't even set up reloads at all.

Forget about past reloads, you won't get a dime unless they admit their fault which kinda has higher probability of not happening than hitting a max win on wanted dead or a wild.
 

If they admit, you'll probably receive a gift as a compensation.

As for current reloads, the VIP host MUST set it now. If he/she can't, request a new host as the host should be able to communicate directly with other teams such as technical and solve any issues that should arise.
