Sportsbook livestream screwed me over

I placed a bet on a tennis match based on the livestream feed.

Saw the player I bet on won the game, however my bet was graded as a loss. 

Turns out stake was displaying the completely wrong stream. It was showing stream from [Gea, Arthur vs Moller, Elmer] game whereas I have bet on [Kyratzis, Sergis vs Markovic, Sasa] game. Even the scorecard was displaying incorrect score based on the stream. 

I've been completely done by this bs, contacted support and got the standard support response. Hopeless. Money gone :[

This is emotional bet, cashedout and bet big odds

The video feed was wrong but the score was right and possible to see.

Of course it's a bad thing but it would have been easy to spot if you look at the score on the upper left.

Also the odds would have been an indicator, but you just saw high odds and bet on them without using common sense.

It is the same in every gambling website. The match is there for convenience, but in no way you can be sure it is the real match, the current match or the delay it has.
