Is it worth wagering for a bonus

Currently plat1 86%. Down like 60k during plat1-plat2. Is it worth wagering for a level up or most likely not?
 

What would the bonus look like and what would be the best strat for wagering?

I dont think its worth it unless you have a godlike strategy where you lose little amount of money to get it.

A normal plat 2 bonus will cover maybe 1% of your 60k loss (without considering the extra they give you for recent playing)

Discipline. For example, deposit $100, and do 100 x $1 spins. At the end of those spins you will be either up or down, but not bust, Withdraw whatever there is and come back another day. You might have $20 to withdraw, you might have $200. The point is, don't just keep spinning until bust as over the long run you will be horribly down. If you did that for 5 days and only withdrew $20 each day as you didn't bonus or profit, you'd still have $100 and not $0.
