XeroF Posted November 16, 2023 #1 Posted November 16, 2023 I wonder what everyone thinks of the support staff at Stake atm? Please write if you have had any experience good or bad, I genially wonder what people think? From my own experience its usually has been ok but lately its been worse then usually. I wonder if this is cause all of the "heat" thats been posted lately. Cause we cant turn a blind eye to the fact that lately so many post of complaints been posted. Maybe the support team is just tired to handle all the negativ queries? What do you all think, good or bad?
Basha Posted November 16, 2023 #2 Posted November 16, 2023 I can recall one thing that they were useful with, that being sending a deposit to an eth address with different network. Solved (funds credited) within 2 days or so. other than that, it is either copy paste reply, or can't help or lies, yes lies just to close the chat. honestly I really don't know what is their role and what issues they are supposed to deal with.

Yes this was the case with me aswell, only thing I didnt want was a copy paste and that was what I got and then after calling them out for it they send another one before typing "Youre welcome for the help and good luck". Its like they dont even trying to help you instead they do everything they can to tilt you as much as possible. But in the past they always been kind and helpful, so I wonder if things changed lately...

Stake is the largest online casino, imagine how many players being toxic to them so I kinda can understand them but it's their job. Therefore, people in charge should step in and audit each support agent and even chat mods lately. The most disgusting thing that I encountered was their lies. Been playing Crash for years and every time they blame the fault on me or my internet, device etc... with copy pasted messages. After proving them wrong and them admitting that some bets were from Stake's server side (even though they first blamed it on me), I requested a review of around 4000 bets but of course, didn't have them all investigated as I believe only 10 bets were investigated from 4000. Therefore, I received $500 as a "gift" which I accepted because I knew I won't get anything and the higher you go, the worse it gets 😅 unless you seek legal action which would cost you a lot of time and money and you'll probably end up losing the case since the license is from Curacao or however it is called. So still I think livechat is totally useless and an email support is more than sufficient since they are kind of limited on what they can do.
Tokai2021 Posted November 16, 2023 #5 Posted November 16, 2023 Support these days is hella weird. Copy paste awnsers for everything . Even when its not even subject too the question. No mind of ther own. Its basicly useless cause you allready know no matter what the ask is. It will be a fuck off awnser. They used to respect the hand that feeds them.
XeroF Posted November 16, 2023 Author #6 Posted November 16, 2023 Yes these Copy Paste replies should be forbidden by higher ups cause it makes the customers feel like garbage. Its disrespectful and really shows which support agents (Vip host) that dont care a thing about the players, the ones that pay their salaries.
