It has been like that for months now. Basically you need to wager thousands to get few bucks. The base amount for bronze was 0.01$ and for silver 0.02$. It's pretty much targeted at problem gamblers.

500$ wager doesn't qualify for anything. You need at least 2-3k in a week so you get the "base" amount. Before that min amount was like 1k but now it's higher. 500 is basically nothing these days and no site gives you any reward for such a low wager, trust me.
