Heights of scam by Stake! And their support is so so so Uneducated and unaware about stake. Stake should only hire the ones who knows how the game works. It says same or Higher and how is they explaining you bet the next card to be higher. There is no such option on 10 it's high or same or low or same no matter what you bet you would have won. SKEM!

There is only one remotely possible explanation for this.

The graphics shows you got 10 and lost. But it can be possible it could be a card lower than 10 as per the alogirthm but the graphic shows wrongly as 10. The algorithm which gives result took the actual result which is less than 10 and given it as a bust. This theory is arised because these graphical misrepresentations are pretty common in Plinko. Stake really needs to fix this but it also needs you to declare that as a win bet.

That live support is idiot. For there is no other option in the game to make the bet. IT’s EITHER ( High or Same ) or ( Low or Same ) this fact alone makes you a winner for regardless of what you had pick next you actually have picked the safest sure card to win which is the “ SAME “ as the previous card you already predicted. What a fucking stupid support to say “ you picked the card to be high in which you lost “ well, it isn’t high and it isn’t low either. ANG BOBO POTA… haays. Hahaha

It's clear that they try to rip people off wherever they can, no doubt about it. You have to win, regardless of whether you guessed higher or lower.

Your bet only shows "Higher", not "Higher or Same".  I will post a bet that will show you what the "Higher or Same" symbol looks like. It looks like this bet was made by using software. (Hilo bot or something like that). I'm not sure.

Yes, it should have been a win, but the symbol was wrong. My comment is based on the photo you posted above. The symbol did not show "Higher or Same".

Front end showed you this card(whole originals have script) while backend was correct. 
 

that’s a script bug, not a server issue. 
Unfortunately. Nothing u can do with this, since it’s easy manipulate front end with changing elements (or even BE response with any intercept)

Basicly .... one Can hit twice a 620x on plinko. But the backend said naaaaaaa hell no. Give him the point 0.2x even when animations shows 620x.

Mate in my believes they can make up/ produce any outcome they want. Even when the animation shows a win.

Then support copy paste some text and yoube like. This is not fair. You take it too the forum and Only then they be like oh well lets refund him/her before others make claims too.

99% of the people will not even see that when they win or lost. That the coding was and still is flawed.

But also......... how does ones bonus is calculated correctly.. When you lose winning bets..   does the bonus calculations still see you as a winner giving you a lower bonus. When only the animation is claimed to be flawed?

Imo ... most people just continue losing .. since not many people even notice these bets giving wrong payouts.  And not going to verify bets.

 

All we can conclude about this. Is that ther are things going on that 100% affect your gameplay. But by design will always be a game of whos right and whos wrong. Wich your not going to win talking to support members who cannot even recall what they had for dinner the day before.

This makes playing on stake a lose lose situation. You cannot win by the flawed coding in design. You cannot win cause you cannot get justice by reporting it to support.

Stake, im grathfull for presenting us with these kind of bet setups. And with the same aproach each time to resolving it.  No matter if its a 0.01 cent bet or a 10k bet. Your copy paste reply will always be like this.

People need a long breath, to even get to a point where stake admit that the bet is not settled correctly.  After first claiming it was settled correctly.

You cannot and will not get lucky.

If you win its because they let you.

If you wager 300+ million in a day. Its because they let you. Not because your lucky.  As ther are enough examples that show the coding and animations that visualle show your win or loss. Are twoo completle different things.  Animations shows win. Coding shows loss.  You as player cannot verify it. Since you wure shown a win. But upon verify it shows loss.   Wich data is ;"true"'/false":;   i know wich one stake will pick. Can you guess wich one?

 

Stay safu out there guys.

Well done.  I am so happy to see someone speak up and tell it like it is. 
 

Basically, there are two issues that is so glaringly wrong with stake and those were : 

 

1. Live support - You’ve described them already, i would just like to add, it will probably be a much better experience if stake could just not have any live support at all. Chat mods are a better fit than these idiot supports. 
 

2. The refund - If i were that player, there is just no way i’d take any payment less than what i actually won. If it were to me i will not accept that refund. That’s just me. They can actually have it. The supports i mean. Haha

This is ridiculous and so over it. Omfg.

Today i was playing plinko 16 rows on high and i saw a animation that the ball went to 9x but it counted as a 0.2x . There is no way i can tell it's true since i am not a streamer that could clip it and show here . But there is definitely something wrong with this whole situation.... Too much manipulation

I've had the same but it was on 130x, the ball literally dropped to 130x but the payout was 0.2x

Quite a few people use bots. You tell it which strategy to run and it works beautifully. It's a lot easier than changing bet size manually, skipping until you find a specific starting card or being disciplined enough to follow the same pattern over thousands of hands. It's faster than autobet and doesn't stop every 30 seconds.

I'm glad you got your money back and I get that when stake say somebody is "using a bot" it's in a negative way, but fuck 'em.

edit - actually, I agree that you should have got the winning amount and not just a refund on the bet. Stake gonna stake.
