Who's beside me feels like customer service are not given authority!

"Authority" yeah Authority I have brought over a dozen issues that may or may not have been resolved but the fact that every time I have not been offered a complimentary nothing after explaining issues from not crediting the correct amount to my account and resolve it with just returning the exact amount without any compensation for the months missing is a feeling of hopelessness and the lack of Authority customer service is given.  I feel they should provide CS with something to ease the pain it would only make me feel appreciated.  Please if you have ever experienced similar situations comment in any way all fees back is good
