Hosts are just skem?

I'm P5 with 95% Wager.

My host, Milena, is just 100% bullshit. I tried switch, but she declined. (wtf why do i even have to ask her?).

When I ask for bonus she always answers with a copy paste message. If I ask her to give me a reason, she still just copy paste basically the same message.

When I get my reloads, they end 1 Day before I can refresh them.

When I ask for anything, she takes hours(!) to answer, sometimes more then a day.

When I complain she makes fun of me by posting a fk meme.

Can I just get a dropdown for reloads like on other sites? I dont want to communicate if it feels like a bot.

I find my host quite good.  I don't ask for a lot (lol) but she tends to respond within a few hours - which is good because I'm in the other half of the world and she's asleep during my day (lol).  My reloads are posted within an hour of the last one running out.  I'm sorry you're having trouble with your host.
