Casino, Sport, and VIP Promotions are finished every Monday at 13:00 PM GMT. For payment, we kindly ask users to give us up to 72 hours from the end of the promotions, as we need time to check and process everything, so we can make sure that every eligible user gets the prize correctly. 

Coupons for last week promotions had been posted about 1 hour ago, which is way less than 72 hours from the end of the promotions. We understand that you are impatient, but please understand that we always try our best to post coupons as soon as possible

one of the requirement for this Promotion is Win a multi-bet with at least x10 by betting on at least 7 matches (all sports).

You posted 5 matches, and minimum is 7, that is why you are not eligible for bonus.

Please check out Promotion requirements next time, before posting an entry.
