Hey @sinkausalt, in any case - did you check your spam email? Sometimes the coupon link for the SvE promotion are getting sent via spam email. But if you didn't get it, it would be great to contact [email protected] with your email that connected with your account to make it easier. About the issue with the live support button, maybe try to refresh cache and cookies. If the issue still persist, the email are the best way to get that and I hope the issue will be resolved by support team later.
