Stake's misleading support communication

Stake support has misleading communication with the customers and it actually does not surprise me. From copy messages to lack of caring, it is something I would honestly expect at this point. Stake has been running for a few months now, and we have received many bonus boosts, and many bonus nerfs. But there is one bonus that stake admits the presence of - the Lossback bonus.

From my own experience, it is something, I have honestly asked a lot, as I am not proudly - addicted gambler. But what else do I need to do to get one? Surely it is not wagering $800k, surely it is not losing over $20k from own pocket. Surely it is not being denied monthly bonus 2 years ago because support admittedly made a support - yet i did not get a compensation, but pathetic $5 reloads, instead of real bonus, which would have been much less than I would have received with out it. Yet I did not care, I forgave a gambling site - people make mistakes. But I got in to a point to question - is that bonus real or not? Well I asked the support and the response was "we cannot tell". 

So stake support has been saying there is a bonus, but cannot tell me on question if it really exists a simple yes or no answer? Very suspicious and misleading.

 

I am calling out the people of stake to tell me your experience with this, I surely cannot be the only one.

Do you have an $800k total wager, which would make you a p2? If so, you won't get anything until you have a host. I'm 99% sure of that.

I think they've reduced all of the rewards a lot in the past year, with standard 10% gameplay level up and reduced weekly and monthly as an example, but when I had a host around 18 to 24 months ago (as a P3, before they changed it), I got a few lossback bonuses when I asked. It was usually after ripping a few thousand $ and the bonus was around $100.

If you get to p4 and get a good host, maybe, but it's probably unlikely now. A lot of people said that their host refused them when they asked and that was before all of the rewards got nerfed.

Support might think that you're asking about the weekly calculation, because apparently there's some kind of lossback given as part of that.. which is maybe 30 cents per $1000 you lose, in my opinion 🤷‍♂️
