Syukur67 Posted December 5, 2023 #7 Posted December 5, 2023 Are u sure your money stolen? If it true so dangerous
skleven Posted December 5, 2023 #8 Posted December 5, 2023 You don`t get notifications on withdrawals. Check the transactions - withdrawal tab.
p3b Posted December 7, 2023 #10 Posted December 7, 2023 This can happen with or without 2fa, but if the ammount is not crazy big, any complaints will end up in nothing. A pal I know lost a big chunk and ended up in nothing because he didn't had 2fa. Still a horrible situation to be in
ConnorMcDad Posted December 7, 2023 #12 Posted December 7, 2023 contact support and they should be able to get it all solved!
BigMum Posted December 7, 2023 #14 Posted December 7, 2023 Check your last logged in sessions, OP. You should see any unrecognized login there, or your device used for stake might be under control of hacker/exploiter. Or you might be drunk playing. Can't see any other reason. Oh and of course check if you had API keys enabled recently
FrancisKearns Posted December 21, 2023 #15 Posted December 21, 2023 This is strange case, i have never faced anything like this, is your problem solved now?
