Vip platinum 4 feel unappreciated

So I've been a vip platinum 4 for almost 2 months now and basically I'm treated like I'm a lowley bronze member.. I've been assigned a vip host (Maja) who doesn't do **** for me and acts like she's my boss ...I mean excuse isn't I the reason you have a job .. what's good would a vip host be without a VIP MEMBER .. I repeatly ask for a change in my vip host but she tells me she get to decide that.. I hope stake knows that they have a narcissistic host taking care of their vip client and if me a vip client that wagered well over a million dollars with this casino still get treated  like crap then why any one want to spend that kind of money in this casino.. I just want to give every one a heads up platinum 4 with a vip host ain't nothing special.. if you think you're gonna get special treatment you're in for a rude awakening .. and gleefully you don't end up with the same host I did.. now I'm stuck with that and I want stake to know you guys are gonna lose alot of money with her treating your vip client this way

LOL extra bonuses. I HATE when players refer to monthly or weekly as "bonuses." Stake doesn't give bonuses. They give pay for play rewards and loss rebates. And you have to lose about $15,000 to get a "bonus" of $200 from your VIP host.

You played fair n sqare on the offered terms. They odds favor the casino but nobody forced u to play. They dont have to give u back anything so monthly, weekly, code drops and etc is in fact a bonus. A gift.

I feel the same as well platinum III has been nothing but a curse especially the last 40% of it I can’t see anything above 2k it’s starting to be extremely annoying and to add insult to injury they had changed the host from platinum 3 to 4 a week before I levelled up!! I’m feeling kinda reluctant depositing anything because no matter how much I put in there never any decent returns or any returns at all !! It sucks because I enjoy playing here but I’m getting to not appreciate this place the more this brutal streak keeps going. I used to catch a decent amount of rains as well and now I can barely get 2 or 3 a month and it’s only the small ridiculous ones all the big ones are caught by some users I’ve never even seen chatting I question the integrity of this place tbh and one thing I hate is someone insulting my Intelligence 😒
