4years and I'm gone with support now lying to avoid any assistance

Joined back in 2019 and Stake has changed alot since back then especially with how stake treats customers.  Mods going into chat telling us not to expect stuff from casinos.  Well guess what then stop telling us to expect something big.  Same chat mods critizing people voicing legitimate concerns over continued decreases in player perks.

To stake corporate you have amazing vip hosts but should really review continued employment of other positions more oversight on your chat mods and review of customer support interactions. Because the straw that broke the camels back for me was customer support telling me something I absolutely knew was untrue and  I proved untrue but still they repeated the same lie to avoid  giving any assistance. I'm not sure if that's part of their handbook but if it is your going to see more and more spenders leave.

I'm no whale but I know I take a few employees salary with me leaving to gamble elsewhere.

Man same thing with me I've spent alot of money over the years with then and I just hit platinum 4.. even provide me a vip host that doesn't do anything for me .. at the moment I have a pending transaction that hasn't been confirmed since 5 pm yesterday .. ask her for help and getting totally ignored .. nit even a response
