I used to spend 4-8 hours chatting in the English and Indonesian chatrooms, but I haven't been coming over to Stake lately because of my job and other personal matters. I have been an active gambler on Stake since March 2018, but my activity in chat hasn't ramped up until late 2022 and early 2023.

3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

Moderators regulate chatrooms by enforcing rules set by Stake, including but not limited to spamming, excessive vulgarity, discrimination, and other forms of disorderly conduct. Moderators will then set penalties to users that break the regulations if appropriate. Other than maintaining rules, I believe that a moderator should also try and assist users within the scope of their abilities and direct users to a more appropriate channel should they require further assistance.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Quite frankly, I enjoyed my time at Indonesian chat! Being able to talk about anything Stake with my fellow countrymen is awesome. I like helping people, so I want to contribute further by being able to enforce the rules and assist others if needed to ensure that the chat remains orderly and fun for everyone.

5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

I have been muted for sharing a bonus code before. I wasn't aware of said rule, and wanting to help other people get a free drop, I pasted the code in chat without much thought. I regret it, as I'm now aware that it ruins the fun and fairness for other people hunting bonus codes legitimately.

6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I have been a moderator on a Team Fortress 2 community before, so I have some prior experience in moderation.

7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

Yes. I'm prepared to work whenever, I can adapt to any timezone. I'm used to working for different timezones so it wouldn't be an issue.
