Portuguese chat mod Sasor is abusing his power

Portuguese chat moderator known as Sasor is clearly abusing his power as moderator. He arbitrarily gave me two bans, one for 24 hours on Sunday, and again today (Tuesday) for 2 days. The mod is doing this creating his own rules in his own little mind. There's nothing, neither on the portuguese or the english server rules, that says emojis are considered spam.

What is even considered spam in a chat that you can only send messages in slow mode? Sending ONE emoji is spam? If I was sending like 6, 7 emojis in one message, that's okay, but he gave me 24 HOURS and again, TWO DAYS today, for a thing that HE considers spam. This is a dictatorship, he feels that as a mod he can ban whoever and whenever he wants for any reason, without it even being written on the rules. You either gotta add rules for emojis or emojis CAN'T give you a ban. SPAM DOES NOT EXIST IN SLOW MODE. 

 

There's gotta be something I can do. This is, by far, the most unfair treatment I've ever got in any chat. Ever. In any platform, being a casino or don't. This guy does not deserve his mod. He is a menace to the chat and does things that his mind feels like.
