Buy is good idea when slots have big multi on max win. But some provider i think better  play normal.

The best way to play them is before you gamble, take 50% of your balance and give it to someone you love. Wife/Mother/Sister/Husband.

 

Then with the other 50%, if you want long game play time, spin slots at 10cents.

Medium = Play live roulette at 20cents a chip and never bet more than 9 chips.

There are slots that almost requiire a buy, and some have bonuses that are reachable with spins. Also, some have a different behaviour (I'd say: scripts) in bonus buy and in base game bonuses. 

Overall, buying bonuses can go either super well or super bad (frustration making you raise your bet and losing it all in 10 minutes). Base spinning it's more handable for the long run and keeps focused, I think. So I'll say: spinning is best -with the only exception of those slots that rarely give any bonuses.
