Does not accept to give promotions called stake

I have been depositing and withdrawing money from this system for about 5 years, but yesterday's e-mail stated that it was 200 dollars.  Even though they checked that the e-mail was from them, the bonus was not delivered to me.  No conditions were sought in the email.  As they said, it worked on 2 phones and 1 computer, but now they say it was sent incorrectly.  I did not receive an e-mail, I purchased all my promotions.
