Since her birth, Maddie’s mother tells her she’s sick and can’t leave the house. Maddie grows up in a glass house never once breathing outside air until 15 and then she meets Olly. There’s a huge plot twist and it made me think of all the things we are told about the world and how we choose to believe them because we have implicit trust in our parents.
