Support streamers

If someone created an account with no affiliate code or link they should be able to support the streamer they watch by adding their code even if it's been more than 24hrs and they have leveled up. I get that it could be abused if allowed at anytime but being able to go through support or telling the streamer you watch to add you and their affiliate manager could take care of it. If your leveled up to platinum or higher then make a pro rated commission for the streamer
