Stake holding my money and acting scammy

Edit : Issue resolved after posting here and emailing support, but still many people in  live support are pretty scummy.

This is regarding my INR balance, I requested a withdrawal that never came to me. After almost 40hrs of request, the withdrawal status showed as "failed" and the amount did not come back to my stake balance after it failed.

Thereafter I contacted support, who like a NPC just told me that  "As far as we can see, the funds in question were already refunded to your balance accordingly. You have used the funds to place sports bets which you may find here:"

So the support staff accused me of trying to scam stake and told me that I had already gambled away that money. Then I told him to recalculate, he told me he will recheck and will also send the spreadsheet. So when he actually checked he found that the money never came to me and then gave me another scammy response of  "It seems that your bank has requested the removal of those funds. "

This is just another made up statement, as I called up the bank (the manager is a friend of mine), he told me that the bank can never ask such things to be done as they have no judiciary over removing funds of anyone from an account that is not under their control. 

Also 1. Stake uses a third party provider to process INR deposits/ withdrawals, that is being used by other sportsbook, gambling sites.

2. That processor company never mentions that the money is going/coming from gambling sites as that company risks getting their own bank accounts frozen. So it is 100% unlikely that when they tried to remit me the amount, they got a message from the bank to "Hey just remove the funds from the guys account for whom you are sending this money"

If the money is not in my stake balance, nor is it in my bank, then who tf gobbled it up? And for what reason?

 

Stake support is become similar to those of other scammy eastern european bookmakers who act dumb and say anything without factually checking the information. 

 

Still I have not received money back in my account and I don't think anyone on stake has any idea what is going on with it.

Yeah there have been a lot of problems in the INR deposits and withdrawls , you are correct , bank problems stuff , plus Stake takes a lot of time to respond for INR depos and withdrawls , that is why I only use crypto and not INR

Absolutely right. Last time it will take 3 days to clear my withdrawal. Stake make faster withdrawal process please. And do something for this guys who didn't get anything after 2-4 days

Sorry you had to face such issues. but i sincerely believe stake is as legitimate as it can get as per my experience here
