big disappointment

Feeling disappointed lately from stake.

1. I explained to the support that I have a hearing impairment and am unable to hear audio clips that they post on Telegram. Their answer was that they could not change it. So I ask, do we with a hearing impairment not deserve to receive the codes? It turns out that they don't care.

 

2. The weekly/monthly are terrible in my eyes...really insulting the small amounts they give to the  of my losses. (I'm plat3) unequivocally I was plat1 weekly and monthly were much more rewarding. For your attention, stake. Don't lose us players.

3.And another question.  If you have already decided to share a code with your players, why is it limited to a total drop of 10k? Why not for every player who bet above the required amount. And the code will be valid for 12 hours.. Just putting it here

To be honest, I tried, the problem is that it takes time to download the sound section to the cell phone and then insert it into the application and then it loads it, a total process of about 4 minutes. Then the code is no longer available.

I had issues with telegram audio as well but luckily my friend helped with it.

Also, i got muted for a small reason for 7days (the entire Christmas) and that's over 200$ in chat rains that i would have gained.

I feel like moderators are muting during Christmas for small reasons so fewer people are receiving the rain + they gain more from it.

I wish everyone Merry Christmas, my Stake Christmas was ruined by Mod but nothing that i can do about it..

How would you get over $200 in chat rains over a 7 day period? I know they were increased for Christmas but that still seems like a lot. How much can you make during a normal 7 day period?

In Finland chat there is less people = you have way higher chance to get rains/rains to be given to only few people. I have made some days over 100€ during christmas.

Honestly, if you care about 10x $5 code drops, and you qualify to claim them. (They start at $10k wagering then increase up to $15k wagering if you want to get them all.....)

Then you've gambled away money you couldn't afford to lose.

The best part about the code drops, is how quickly they're gone. That makes it fun! Seeing if you can ice it in time. If that was a game, like you pay $20 to play and there'll be 10x $5 codes randomly dropped over 24 hours, and to claim it you've got 45seconds from the Telegram notification. That'd be cool and fun as hell! @EdwardDo it! Drop another innovation in casino games. 

So yeah man, sounds like you kicking some rocks bro. See it as a lesson in life, and don't put yourself in that situation again where something so trivial and small irritates you.
