Can we ask for new reloads / lossback in Plat 4

6 days ago i became PLAT 4. Now my reloads are expiring tomorrow, can I ask for new reloads from vip host? When can we ask for a lossback bonus, I mean in a particular week or a month, I lost $500 this week can I ask for lossback or is it given only once in a month? Any other bonuses given apart from the above and top monthly and does it require some min wager?

I am plat 4 also, i lost about 80.000$ last week , beside weekly and motnhly (8000$) cumulated i ve asked my host for a bonus and he gave me 5800$ and also my reload is 600$/day. You can ask everytime ur host to reactivate your reload after expire.

Thanks dear. So you mean to say if we have a loss in a particular week then only we need the ask for a lossback bonus or we can even ask them in a month? My point is should be settle the lossback bonus issue if any , every week or should we wait for any monthly loss calculation?

I don t know what to say here, it was just this particular example, but you should try to ask your host about that, but for sure you ll get some back.
