Rate Limited and told to change provider

Hello. Stake has rate limited me today, they used to do this to me a lot sometimes even when I wasn’t using their site, but stopped for a few months until today. All I was doing at the time was reading chat, I hadn’t been placing bets or anything. Upon reaching out to support I have been blamed for the issue, told I’m using a VPN which is not the case but they refuse to believe that and have told me that I should just change ISP, which is a completely unacceptable response. 
 

They are telling me that there is nothing that they can do about it and trying to say I’m not cooperating with them because I don’t want to change my ISP, this is an unacceptable request from a business. I have no issues anywhere else, but because my provider is routing traffic through an automatic proxy, I am being blamed even though that is completely out of my control.. They seem to be doing anything they can to deflect blame from themselves onto me and keep changing their story, until now they have just decided to ignore me completely once I’ve talked about filing a complaint.

This is truly a disgrace and should not be happening at all.
