The orginal content was posted on twitter at Dec 8th, 2023, as shown. And the question clearly stated the cutoff time period of the betting counts was Dec 1st, 2023.

Yesterday, they posted the answer(Below) and stated that there was no winners for this contest due to no one had the correct answer,  they also said 64,613,803 was the correct answer.

But, according to the research, this number was not correct.

In fact, everyone can find out the answer fairly easy.

All you need to do is find out the betting time of those 2 bets as follow:

sport:58050600

sport:118230100

First bet was placed at Jan 1st, 2023 0:00 (GMT)

Second bet was placed at Dec 1st 2023 0:00(GMT)

SImplely do the math  118230100-58050600=60179500

And the correct answer accured to the mintue is 60,179,500.

Now, if you put 64,613,803 into this equation,

58050600+64613803= 122,664,403

And if you go lookup for the bet sport:122664403

The date of that bet was placed at Dec 20th,2023 which was 20 days later from Dec 1st,2023

Therefore, 64,613,803 was clearly not the correct answer to the question.

I did post my correct answer under the post. and proof as below. Just hope they can correct the mistake and award the prizes to all the correct answer's winners.

Sorry to post it here, I tried to DM the stake's twitter account, but my dms never got read by them.

hi @uraforever

First, you are right. There were no 64,613,803 sports bets between the dates 1.12.2023-1.12.2023

But there is an inaccuracy in your number.

The first sports bet for 2023 is 58,050,535. The last sports bet for the month of November is 118,229,725. Therefore the exact number is 60,179,191 (gmt time).

I understood (perhaps because I don't know English) that the guy on Twitter meant the year 2023. But maybe he means another date and not 1.1.2023.

I would be happy if someone would explain the intention of the guy on Twitter and how he reaches 64 million bets

uraforever, You yourself wrote that the Twitter team did not answer/respond to you. I think there is only one employee who tries very hard to help even in matters unrelated to him - @SanjaT

Hi,

There were over 60M bets had been placed during first 11 months of 2023, which is 5.45M bets per month, 179.6k bets per day, 7485 bets per hour, 124 bets per mintues in average.

So, if the numbers had to be accured into mintues, then, the answer should have an vareity of 124X2= 248 in margin.

As long as the final answer within that range, you shall not call it wrong.  And, I intentionally rounded my number to make it easier to be read. If you had to count into seconds, it was not the exactly correct number on bets, but mathmaticly, it should be good enough to call as a correct answer.

I'm with you and I think the Twitter team has a mistake in the number or they didn't explain the task well.  I'm not against you.  I myself wrote to them that there was probably a mistake in the number.

Sorry in advance if you misunderstood me.

I mean, technically you’re wrong as it should be bet from 11:59 not 0:00 as that’s a new day.

it was not up to you or me to judge if my answer was right or wrong. Also, the topic here is about the offical answer that released. 64 Millions was way off the mark from the question they asked. Don't you agree on that?

The support team does try to help me. I'm not sure they'll end up changing the minds of the Twitter staff. If there is a change I will write here.

thx so much for the updates. gl
