So I can't get a hold of any support I've wagered 268,000$ and I'm halfway gold. Support cut my bonuses to. 05 cents a week kinda silly they do me like this

Anyway to get me in contact with support seems that's been cutoff for some time

Your total wagered has nothing to do with recent wager which in fact impacts your weekly and monthly bonuses.

I stopped depositing some months ago when my bonus was cut down to a nickle all of a sudden. A support started ignoring me I've had an account for 5 years. Guess their loyalty isn't the same

These were my deposits prior to the slashing of bonuses and cut off of support

Some response an explanation why my bonus went from 30 a week to a nickle when I don't stop depositing. That I actually deposited daily almost. Like why they cut it all out. Is that to much to ask

Oh I guess so, I shouldn't wonder after years of dumping my money here. Same thing when suddenly your bank only deposits partial amounts of your check. Oh that's right to much to ask huh

To be able to contact support, to not be ignored by support to have a manager talk to me, to not be treated like a dog. I don't know I've lost enough money over the years from some courtesy

Dude are you talking about weekly and monthly bonuses? Those all depend on your recent wager so if you’re not depositing and playing much anymore of course you’re not gonna get 30 dollar weekly and monthly’s anymore.

So apparently nobody understands anything. First regular daily btc deposits got 30$btc 8/21/23. 8/26/23 bonuses dropped to a nickle. Keep in mind I'm still daily depositing. Since 8/26/23 I've gotten a nickle each bonus. Can't contact support, either thru email or live support, there is no live support option. Nobody has explained anything. Can't get an explanation for anything. Understand that. I can provide almost daily btc deposits records and wagers, no explanation for bonuses dropping to a nickle. Don't know what is going so hard to understand. I simply want an explanation a support person to explain. My bonus monthly and weekly went to a nickle I've had an account since 2020. $268k wagered. Just stopped, support will not respond by email or live chat. Understand

VIP Host is another great marketing tactic by stake. In regular casinos VIP Hosts provide countless benefits. At Stake they offer nothing outside of a daily reload that is again just a small loss rebate. I’ve lost tens of thousands in just the past two months alone and asking for a bonus from my host is completely pointless. I only get a copied and pasted response written by chat GPT.

You dont get it. Historic wager doesnt mean shit. My friend has a platinum 4 account with millions wagered in the past, he gets some cent weekly and 1$ monthly as well because he stopped playing. All the matters is RECENT gameplay, thats it. There is no base amount for vip levels anymore, they cut that 1 year ago.

You can deposit 1.000 usd and if you don’t manage turns around a lot your bonus will be small anyway.

 

it makes sense you don’t play enough, you don’t get much with stake currently if your wager is bellow 20k a week your bonuses are nothing.

marketing team is responsible for bonuses and they can’t give a one toss about you or talking to you .

Ok so what part of bonuses coming regularly then just stopped even tho I was still depositing and wagering daily? Do you think I don't know the process? It was the sudden stop and no ability to contact support. No obvious reason, or explanation. Jesus Christ. Like in all this I just wanna talk to support in hopes of understanding. I don't expect all back bonuses, smh. It's been obviously said since the first post, no support for me. In hopes of talking to them. But since that's not happening. This is where I can bitch and moan.

And they could either explain it or say piss off. But no way to contact support. No response to emails. Nothing. Do I matter them. No, I know this. If they ignore you they have a reason for that. Most likely you insulted them or something.

Pay attention, your saying the same shit everyone else did, and not reading or comprehension of already stated text. Duh I know this stuff man. I'm talking continued deposits continued withdraws continued wagering for almost 2 months and then I stopped depositing. Thanks for your help also. And know I'm getting frustrated because idiots arent actually reading before responding.
