soxbopp Posted January 9, 2024 #1 Posted January 9, 2024 @NikolaRa Right after the update of last week's multiplier race promotion, 1 of the 4 games was Beast Mode from relax gaming. I entered the game quickly and hit 1300x multiplier. Today I checked it and found the game has been switched to Beast Band later, which is a different game. Stake support admitted that there was "an error with the link leading to the game", which is clearly your team's problem. And she said "thankfully it was quickly corrected". but suggest it is my responsibility to check it later to see if i played the correct game. If i really need to check the games regularly after the challenge was published, does that mean stake can always change challenge games on the last minute and let nobody recieve the bonus? Don't you guys think there should be an official way for stake to announce changes on all their website errors and send notification to people who may be affected?
Community Manager NikolaRa Posted January 9, 2024 Community Manager #2 Posted January 9, 2024 Hello @soxbopp, I really understand your issue, but please try to understand that our marketing team, who is in charge of posting promotions, has reacted as soon as they saw the problem with the link. There are many reasons why you should check the promotions regularly, for example, sometimes the game that has been put on the promotion list is cancelled, or there are some issues with it. I am really sorry that you are affected with this, and we will accept your proposal for official notifications. We will think of the way to notify everyone about the changes. Thanks for understanding. Kind regards.

It suits them not to have this. When there are site issues they won't put a banner on the top of the site where everybody would see it. When wallets are hacked, there's no official announcement about this, but sometime later an article appears on a medium account that is supposedly authored by an Eddie that knows how to spell. When we get bonuses it's through email, which users routinely have to check for authenticity, because stake have lost or sold our details, or they were inadequately protected from hackers or bad staff members, and subsequently there are a ton of phishing emails. Stake don't own their mistakes - they ignore them as much as possible and keep going.
