I would say the marketing team should receive a little bonus, but maybe our bonus will be decreasing then. So marketing team: You will get a salary raise, but i don't tell you when. Maybe tuesday?!?!

The whole thing of the weekly or monthly being a "secret number" - nobody knows what to expect (only briefly). Nobody knows the exact formula. Nobody knows the exact drop date. The tension that is being generated, the inner pressure by a lot of people to finally receive back a part of their loss - getting overly excited and full throttle into the casino again. A lot of meme level phrases ("wen monthly?") ... you think this is all by coincidence? Not everything is in control of marketers, but obviously more than you can think off. Marketing that doesnt feel like the "BUY 2 GET 1 EXTRA" in your face type shit and is more subliminal instead. Imho Stake knows how to play out this advantage.

I'm a beginner, so I came here while being taught by them things I didn't understand. My bonus will decrease, but if their bonus goes up I agree to raise it. I may be criticized, but for me, the stake staff is so excellent and grateful. I can't lie about that feeling. I just expressed my honest feelings personally, so no one has any malice. Thank you as always, I'm just praying that it will be conveyed.
