Loophole for swedish chat

Hey, the swedish chat recently got removed because of legal issues.

We were all pretty disappointed of it happening. So we've come up with numerous loopholes that would work and let us be able to speak swedish.

The two best options would be either a Scandinavian chat or a Mariehamn chat. Mariehamn is owned by the Finnish but most people speak swedish there. And the Scandinavian chat explains for itself.

We would all be very grateful if you could do something about it!
