Why do the support say I will not get permanent assistance?

I recently encountered a security issue and contacted support via email. However, the support team informed me that they won't provide assistance in the future due to a security change I made. Despite my inquiries about the specific violations, their responses remain consistent without providing factual information. I raised the issue on Twitter, and their response was to "try again," but repeated attempts yielded the same unhelpful messages. I am disappointed with the lack of proper reasons and respect in the customer support interactions. It is disheartening to feel undervalued as a customer. I will include screenshots for reference.
