Support not following rulebook?

There was a remake on one of the League games I bet on(I bet which dragons will spawn/be slain so it's kind of big deal depending on map). Anyway support tells me the bet won't be voided even though the rules say "all affected markets will be voided and the replayed matches will be handled as separate match". Do yall think this should be a void? And support please do the right thing as your sportsbook rules say and void the bet. sport:130328049
