I have to agree. I only play nine numbers and have won over the past 3 months:

3 hits of  800x

2 hits of 500x 

well over a 12 hits of  56x

seems Like Keno like 9 tiles vs 10, but it could just all be dumb luck too. I don't know but I play it every time.
