KitKat91 Posted May 17, 2018 #1 Posted May 17, 2018 Can anyone help me with my issue or provide any sort of insight? I withdrew bitcoin on May 11th and never received it. Im continuously told the site is waiting for an admin to log on.
ravenyvolle2 Posted May 17, 2018 #2 Posted May 17, 2018 You should ask them again, i dont get it why your transaction has been so long which is approximately 7 days from now in our time. I dont have any problems with my transactions with stake but i hope you get them asap.
nhoyasim101 Posted May 17, 2018 #3 Posted May 17, 2018 i think support already make an effort with regards to your transaction, and it was ended with the refund, this is an isolated case i guess as i don't have any issue with my deposit and withdrawal😀
KitKat91 Posted May 17, 2018 Author #4 Posted May 17, 2018 At this point, I still haven't been refunded. And support keeps delaying with my needing to "wait for an admin to log on." I should point out that at least 2 other users are now experiencing this exact same issue. My question was never answered.
KitKat91 Posted May 17, 2018 Author #6 Posted May 17, 2018 I did. They said they would be crediting it yet again. They still need to "wait for an admin to log on."
Administrator Milan Posted May 17, 2018 Administrator #7 Posted May 17, 2018 Hey, Your withdrawal was resubmited today but it failed for being unsupported on our end. Your withdrawal will most likely be canceled and you will be able to withdraw it again, but this time, not to bech32 address. We apologize that this has taken more time than expected. It will be solved tonight.
KitKat91 Posted May 18, 2018 Author #8 Posted May 18, 2018 Fixed. ❤️ Thanks for putting up with my complaining.
Dan Posted May 18, 2018 #9 Posted May 18, 2018 Please be more careful next time. Your deposit to an unsupported address type caused a massive headache for our system.
Administrator Milan Posted May 18, 2018 Administrator #10 Posted May 18, 2018 I will close this one since the issue has been resolved.
