Still haven't received BTC withdrawn on May 11th.

Can anyone help me with my issue or provide any sort of insight? I withdrew bitcoin on May 11th and never received it. Im continuously told the site is waiting for an admin to log on.

You should ask them again, i dont get it why your transaction has been so long which is approximately 7 days from now in our time. 

I dont have any problems with my transactions with stake but i hope you get them asap.

i think support already make an effort with regards to your transaction, and it was ended with the refund, this is an isolated case i guess as i don't have any issue with my deposit and withdrawal😀

At this point, I still haven't been refunded. And support keeps delaying with my needing to "wait for an admin to log on." I should point out that at least 2 other users are now experiencing this exact same issue.

My question was never answered.

Your withdrawal was resubmited today but it failed for being unsupported on our end. Your withdrawal will most likely be canceled and you will be able to withdraw it again, but this time, not to bech32 address. 

We apologize that this has taken more time than expected. It will be solved tonight.
